Scheduling and Cancellation Policy:

- Appointments can be scheduled by contacting us.

- We kindly ask for 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

-We do ask for £10 deposit for each booking .

- Clients are expected to treat therapists and staff with courtesy and respect.

 

4. Health and Safety:

- Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the treatment.

- Therapists reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client's health would be compromised.

 

5. Payment and Refund Policy:

- Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

- Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within a specified timeframe.
